培訓管理:

    按照人力源集化管理的思路,建立規劃、分級負責育培管理體系,加強公司對教育培工作的統籌協調規劃,充分調動各城市公司積極性,分層組織。實現績效考核和培管理的有機合,保障培的有效落。

    種類:訓與重點培合,覆蓋全體。

    入、位培、中高層高階班專項、職業資格培、繼續教育培、在職學歷教。

    培訓方式:活多的培方式,發揮不同培形式的優勢,保障培訓質量和效果。

    外部公開課、企業內訓、網上知行課堂(網絡培訓)
